CSA Program
CSA (community supported agriculture) boxes are a subscription-based way for consumers to buy local, seasonal food directly from local farmers and food artisans.

Covid Guidelines
The following Safe Operating Procedures will be followed to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers/visitors to the Urban Homestead
If you have a cough or fever, or are feeling sick STAY HOME
Customers/Visitors MUST WEAR masks
A safe, 6-foot social distance MUST ALWAYS be maintained
Hand-sanitation station are provided on premises
CAPACITY will be limited to 10-12 people.
We have the right to limit and turn away customers/visitors at any time to maintain a safe social distance experience.
Our CSA Program is an opportunity to experience the bounty of a growing season.
I’ve tried 4 different CSAs, and Urban Homestead is by far the best in terms of quality, price, and flexibility. I love that they have eggs, honey, jam and other options available as add-ons and I also appreciate that I can customize my box each week. I’ve been able to try some really cool fruits and veggies I had never used before (sunchokes, jambotica, hibiscus). Highly recommend!

Pick Ups
Park on street, walk up driveway to back patio area. The boxes are located in the garage in alphabetical order (last names). If you selected CURBSIDE pick up, please text 626-765-5704 when you arrive. Bring your own bags to offload or return boxes.

WEDNESDAYS: from 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
THURSDAYS: from 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
If you are unable to pick up your box, please let us know asap. We will place box on front porch for after hour pick ups. If your box is NOT picked up your box will be donated. SORRY NO REFUNDS.
